Where can i buy these products? If you are based in the UK, you can purchase our products through our online shop or visit your local store.
What is a Pick & Pack variety box? The pick and pack box purchased from our website contains over 250 sheets of a variety of paper and card. Our paper is usually 90gsm and our heaviest card is 270 -300gsm. However the selection will include a variety of textures and weights.. Please note that the selection of paper and card is not consistent with each order. What you receive one time might not be the same as the next time. We can not take orders for specific types of papers in the box. If you are looking for a specific type of paper, please visit your local pick and pack stockist (UK ONLY), where you can pick and pack any variety from the pick and pack stand into a box.
Can I print on your papers? We advise to be particularly careful when printing on our pearl and glitter papers as printing will differ on the type of printer.Please note that printing on any of our products is done at customers own risk. Paper Cellar does not take any liability of any damage that may occur to your printer.
Why is there a delivery charge? Unfortunately we regret we have to add on a delivery charge onto your products purchased. Paper and card is a very heavy product and thus very expensive to deliver.
How quickly can you deliver?
Currently we aim to deliver your order within 5-10 working days. If you need your products in a hurry, please feel free to email, contact@papercellar.com and we will try our very best to send out your order as soon as possible.
What if my order goes missing?
All internet orders are sent via Royal Mail recorded service. Please call us on 08718713711 and we will be able to provide you with a tracking number.
Shall I get my order delivered to my home address or work address?
All orders are sent via recorded mail, therefore will need a signature upon arrival. So order it to the address your likely to be at during the day.
What is Paper Cellar's return policy? Refunds are applicable within 10 days of purchasing products. Please retain your receipt/confirmation email for proof of purchase. No refund is available thereafter unless goods are faulty.
What is Paper Cellar's return policy on delivery? If you are returning goods, please do always get a proof of postage. It is completely free of charge from your local post office. Unfortunately, Paper Cellar will not be able to refund postage costs for returned goods. |
